Cookie Policy

How Zoharlink uses cookies, local storage and optional analytics.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Cookies and similar storage

A cookie is a small file stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can also save or read information on your device. Zoharlink relies mainly on local storage because its tools are designed to keep your working data on your own device.

Essential local storage

Some device storage is used to provide features you request or remember choices necessary for the service to work as expected. This storage is not used for advertising profiles.

  • Tool data you create locally, such as invoices, customers, notes or finance records.
  • Settings such as theme, font size, language and default currency.
  • Your privacy choice so we can remember whether optional analytics is allowed or rejected.
  • Technical state needed for local-first features, backups and normal site operation.

Optional Google Analytics

Zoharlink uses Google Analytics 4 only after you actively allow analytics. Before consent, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded by Zoharlink. If you reject optional analytics, the site and tools remain available.

When enabled, Google Analytics may use first-party identifiers such as _ga and related _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and measure visits. Google may also process technical information associated with the visit. Zoharlink limits its own Analytics events to coarse usage information and does not intentionally send the contents of invoices, customers, transactions, notes, backups, PDFs or CSV files.

Advertising

Zoharlink currently reserves advertising spaces in some content areas, but the project package covered by this policy does not load third-party advertising code. If advertising is activated, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before non-essential advertising storage is enabled.

If Google AdSense or another advertising platform is later used for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, the required consent-management setup will be implemented for those advertising services before they are activated.

Managing or withdrawing consent

On your first visit, you can allow analytics or reject optional analytics. You can reopen the choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the site footer.

You can also delete cookies and site storage using your browser settings. Be careful: clearing Zoharlink site data may also delete local tool records. Export a backup first if you need to keep them.

Changes

We update this page if the storage technologies, analytics setup or advertising providers materially change. The latest revision date appears above.
